Fitness Goal - Week 1

This week:
Elliptical everyday for 30 minutes. Heart Rate 140-150.
Walk it out.
Surya Namaskar.

Food - Soups, salads, dhal (Lentils), fish and chicken curries. Sad to say this, but bye bye potatoes, and hello apples.

Possible Yoga with my mom!
