Grateful

Sometimes, I find myself bursting. Bursting with love.
I have so much Love to give.

I am able to Love selflessly, forgive, reached out, and hold

I receive love in return...in such a big way. I am forgiven. I am lifted up, from having fallen. I am enveloped in this grace.

We learn from everything in life: being with people, and in the absence of.

For these lessons I am grateful.

We learn from the stillness and quietness we nurture within.
We learn from the chaos without.

I am grateful for the chaos. I am grateful for my peace.

I look up to the sky, and the world lies before me.
I close my eyes, and the universe unfolds in my mind.

I breathe the life into this body.
I exhale, calmness into the being.

I give love, and get it back twice fold.
I share pain, and I reduce it to half, or nothing.

My friends, I love you deeply, for we found each other in this vast place.
Souls, alike. Spirited. Living. Loving. Laughing.

My family, i care for you utterly, for we have lessons to learn from each other.
We grow. We live. We learn. We love.
